Dining Terms & Conditions

All reservations made via phone, in person or through our online booking system, accept and acknowledge these terms and conditions when entering our venue.

RESERVATION POLICY / PAYMENTS / DEPOSITS

• To reserve a table for 10 or more guests in our bistro, we do require a deposit of $10 per person at the time of your booking. This payment can either be used towards the total of your bill or refunded to the card the deposit was made from.
• If you do not turn up for your booking (‘No Show’) or cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, you will be charged your deposit amount as a cancellation fee.
• Please be aware that if you turn up un-announced with a large booking, we may not be able to accommodate you, however, we will make every effort to find you seating.
• All deposits are non-refundable or transferable if less than 24 hours’ notice is given (except in circumstances where we, the venue, are unable to provide the relevant services, in which case we will a)Transfer your deposit to a new date, or b)Refund your deposit to you. Where you provide more than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of your booking, all deposits that you have made will be refunded to you.
• We accept cash and credit card. Any additional charges need to be settled on the day/night. Upon receipt of the deposit, it is acknowledged that the client has accepted the Gladstone Park Hotel terms and conditions.
• Under no circumstances will the Gladstone Park Hotel bear any liability for events beyond its reasonable control.

CAN I BRING A CELEBRATORY CAKE?

You are welcome to bring in a celebratory cake. Please check with staff when making your booking as terms and conditions may apply (pn: a celebratory cake is defined as: ‘a specially prepared, often multi-layered, and decorated intended to mark significant milestones like birthdays. Does not include doughnuts, fried pastries, cheesecakes, desserts etc).

OTHER

Boxes of chocolates, bags of lollies or the like, are not permitted to be brought into our venue.

Accommodation Terms & Conditions

In addition to our standard terms & conditions, please note that the following applies for accommodation:

• When you arrive at the venue, you will be required to present your credit card to pay for your accommodation and for pre-authorisation. You will also be required to present photo identification matching the booking information.
  Cancellations prior to 24 hours of your check-in time are eligible for a full refund of any payments made.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your check-in time are non-refundable.
• If there is no cancellation and there is a ‘no show’ of the booking, the booking fees paid are non-refundable.
• Please note: We do not accept bookings within a 15km radius of the venue unless prior arrangement has been made with management. Bookings within this area that are made online will be cancelled & you will be required to contact the manager. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings. We aim to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests and we appreciate your cooperation with our house policies.
